Monthly Programs:

Competition Program

$1000 per month:  Horses

$950 per month:  Ponies or 2nd Horse

 Board and Full Training for horses and riders preparing for the show circuit.

 

 

Competition Program includes:

·       Monthly Board (description below)

·       Turnout, as weather permits, with boots and blanket changes (within reason).

·       Weekly lessons

·       Professional rides or other schooling sessions as needed.

·       Grooming for trainer schooling sessions at home.

·       Omega Horseshine included to maintain Show Condition.

Supervision Program

$875 per month  

Board and Lesson program for riders that are able to work their own horse between lessons following trainer guidelines.  Horses will receive an occasional trainer school.

 

 

Supervision Program includes:

·       Monthly Board (description below)

·       Turnout, as weather permits, with boots and blanket changes (within reason).

·       Up to 2 weekly lessons

·       Up to 4 professional rides or other schooling sessions as needed.

·       Grooming for trainer schooling sessions at home.

 This package is designed for horses and riders that have the time and skills to work independently between lessons.  If training issues arise, or if rider is unable to work horse a minimum of 4 days per week, horse will be moved into full training. 

Special Care

$775 per month

 

Board and Special Care for horses on an extended lay-off.  Rehabilitation for horses on an extended recovery (greater than 2 weeks) from an injury.

 

 

Special Care includes:

·       Monthly Board (description below)

·       Turnout, as weather permits, with boots and blanket changes (within reason) if horse is not on confinement.

·       Administering veterinarian prescribed/owner provided medications.

·       Following veterinarian prescribed treatments such as cold hosing, icing, soaking, bandaging (with owner or vet provided supplies), “small paddock turnout”, and hand-walking or light riding up to 10 minutes twice daily.

·       Light grooming daily with weekly “super groom”. 

Monthly Board

 

Monthly board is included in training programs listed above.

 

 

Monthly Board provides:

·       daily stall cleaning (except Christmas Day)

·       alfalfa and timothy or grass hay fed 3 times daily

·       concentrates/grain (i.e.: oats, pellets, beet pulp, etc.) fed 2 times daily

·       watering twice daily

·       loose salt fed daily

·       feeding of pre-packaged supplements (i.e. SmartPaks™ or “baggies”)

·       tack locker

Horses with special dietary requirements

 

Feeding program for horses that require special dietary intake and/or extra feed handling.  Prices quoted are an additional charge per month to the above Training Programs, and may fluctuate due to market conditions.

 

Extra Hay: at cost

Horses that consume (or waste) more than 3% of their body weight daily.

Extra Pellets/Grain:  at cost (for amounts over 4 scoops daily)

Specialty Feeds purchased by Farpoint:

 Rice Bran, Senior Feed, Chopped Hay /"Chop":  Monthly charge will be based on cost of feed per pound fed. 

Owner or Veterinary Provided Feeds:  $15/month storage and handling fee if not                   pre-measured or prepared in “baggies” 

Supplements/Medications: $15/month handling fee if not  in SmartPaks™ or “baggies”
